One of the oldest and one of most prestigious Regattas held every Summer. Established in 1834 it has the unique benefits of the sea, the river, and the air and can therefore offer the remarkable opportunity of both competitive sailing and rowing events, plus aerial and land activities. |

| Over the many years the Regatta has grown to support many events and to encourage many spectators to this idyllic and outstandingly picturesque town, nestling in the beautiful South Hams countryside. |  |

The Regatta is always memorable and retains its reputation as the high spot of the annual calendar - an occasion for fun, for friendship and for the family - that is why it attracts up to 150,000 people over the three day period each August. |
| This event is organized by the Royal Dartmouth Yacht Club and is held at Dartmouth in the West Country, Devon. | |
